ORDER STATUS

Where can I check order status and tracking?

Click the Account link here or at the top or bottom of the website. Once logged in, you'll have access to tools related to your account and orders.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Click this Account link or the link at the top or bottom of every page. Once logged in to your account you can access order records. If you are unable to find what you're looking for please contact customer service.

My order hasn't arrived.

First, please login to your Account here to make sure that your order has shipped. Note - some items require production time and don't ship immediately. If your order has shipped you can check the status of the shipment using the Tracking Numbers assigned to your order. If your tracking shows a status of "Delivered" and you still haven't received your items, please contact customer service for further assistance by clicking here.

Something is missing or incorrect in my shipment.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

I need to return something, what's your policy?

If you aren't pleased with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund for the cost of the item(s). 

NOTE! Customized and/or Made To Order items are not eligible for return unless they were received with a defect.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Contact customer service to obtain a Return Authorization number (i.e. RA# 1234). We ask that you clearly write the RA # on the outside of the package.

SENDING BACK A RETURN
Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. All return packages must be insured and in the original packaging if possible.

AMOUNT OF TIME TO COMPLETE A RETURN
For a full refund on your credit card, the return must be received within 30 days after the date it was originally shipped. After 30 days, a full refund will be provided using store credit. After 45 days from the date of the order, no refund will be provided. If a return arrives more than 45 days after the ship date and you wish to have it returned, The Young Life Store will not pay return shipping costs.

RETURN CONDITION
Product(s) must be in unused, sellable condition.

RESTOCKING FEE
Returns of $100.00 or more will incur a 5% restocking fee. If free shipping was applied to the order but the value of the return reduces the order total to less than the requirement for free shipping, retroactive shipping charges will apply.

EXCLUSIONS

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges of EMBROIDERED OR CUSTOM PRODUCTS unless your products were delivered with a manufacturing or decoration defect. If there is a problem with your custom order, please contact us within 7 business days after receiving it to discuss options.

When will my credit appear in my account?

Credits usually take 2-3 business days to process after we receive your return.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Transit time:

All stock orders ship from our zip code, 92705. For an accurate estimate based on your location, please click on this link. UPS Calculate Time and Cost.

Fulfillment time:

All standard in-stock orders typically ship within one business day. Expedited orders placed before 11:00 AM PST will ship the same business day if possible.

Many items on our website require production time. Please see the product(s) pages for more information on production time.

*IMPORTANT - Seasonal shipping schedule* From November 1st through January 1st, orders are subject to 1-2 EXTRA business days prior to shipment. Also, major mail and parcel carries typically extend their transit times by 1-2 business days during these dates.

What is your free shipping offer?

We are pleased to offer free Ground shipping on most orders that total $200 (not including tax). You will be offered a Free Shipping method upon checkout. The Young Life Store selects the least expensive shipping option available to your location when this method is selected.


Limitations:

This offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO locations, or other destinations outside of the contiguous United States due to the wide variances in shipping cost.

The Young Life Store reserves the right to charge shipping on any products. See product details for more information if you think you're being charged shipping in error.

Do you ship to my country and how much will it cost?

If your country is available to select during the checkout process, we are able to ship to you.

If you are not located in the United States, you will be contacted after your order is placed with a shipping cost quote. Due to the wide variance in international shipping costs, we are unable to provide accurate shipping cost as part of the checkout process. We will not ship your order until the additional shipping cost has been paid. Please contact customer service for more info or if you wish to get a shipping quote before checking out.

Staff Discount

Who gets the Staff Discount?

We're pleased to offer a discount to full-time staff members as well as committee members who regularly place orders for an area.

How do I receive the Staff Discount?

The Staff Discount works automatically on the site via an account setting. Our team must apply this setting for you; it can't be applied on your own. Please submit a request here to have your account set up with the discount.

What does it apply to?

The staff/committee discount does not apply to the following: wholesale custom items, sale-priced items, items priced under $1.00, items with a YL Giveback symbol, and items in the YLS Market Place. Additionally, the Young Life Store reserves the right to restrict the Staff Discount on any items.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales tax will be applied if your billing zip code is located in one of the following states:

AL, AK, AS, AZ, AR, CA, DE, GA, ID, IA, LA, MS, MT, NV, NH, NC, ND, OR, PA, SC, SD, WA

How do I redeem a gift code or coupon?

You may enter the gift code or coupon code into the Coupon/Discount box on either the Cart page or the Checkout page. If the code is valid it will apply to your order as a discount line.
